Regular price merchandises can be returned for a full refund not including the original shipping charges if sent back within 10 days from the date that shipment was received (meaning get it to the post office within 10 days after you received your order, it does not matter how long it takes for the item to be delivered back to us). Please note that we cover the return shipping fees if you obtained faulty or the wrong product.

 The item must be in its original condition: it must not have been worn, washed, or damaged, and must contain all pieces (if it applies). Item returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfumes and/or stains is not eligible for return and will be denied.

Accessories, lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, gift cards, and sale items are final sales and can not be eligible for refund, exchange, or credit note.

Shoes must be returned in their original box and shipped back inside another box in order to get rid of any damage to the shoe box.

Please e-mail with your order number, items to return, and the reason for return. Once we have confirmed your return, we will send you a complimentary shipping label to affix onto the package. All customers in the USA and else that is not Canada are responsible for return shipping charges.

You will be notified by e-mail when your parcel is arrived and your refund has been processed. The refund will be given to the same credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase. Please note that it can take 3-5 days for the payments to appear on your account (depending on your card issuer) after the refund has been processed.
